Whether you're buying your first home, your dream home, or your fifth investment property, buying real estate is a large financial purchase. I know how important this is to you and take my job very seriously. I don't look at selling houses as a transactional business, but instead I work hard to give you a great experience and to create clients for life. Having been born and raised in Pittsburgh, I know the market well and will help educate you through your buying experience.

We’ll first meet either in person or virtually so that I can understand what you’re looking for in both a house and a real estate agent. I'll be with you every step of the way during this process, so I want us both to agree that we’re going to be a good fit working together.
CLIENT EDUCATION
I love educating clients about the home buying process and am happy to answer any questions that you have. I previously worked in the banking industry for over ten years, and even originated business loans, so I can also help answer a lot of your financing questions. I absolutely love getting to know my clients, providing honest advice, and having fun during what can be a stressful process.
SUBMITTING AN OFFER
Once we find you a home you love, I’ll help you submit an offer. We’ll work together to make sure your offer is as competitive as possible, while also trying to get you the best possible price and value. After your offer is accepted, I’ll help you navigate the inspections and make sure your closing is as stress-free as possible. Then it's time to get the keys and start creating lasting memories in your new home!
